Frequently Asked Questions
I just need a logo. Can I get a logo without any other branding?
A logo is only one piece of your branding. Since all the elements are interconnected, we don’t design logos without also thinking about the other visual elements (colour palette, typography, image selection & style, iconography, etc.) and how they all work together. Our custom packages are tailored to your exact project needs but they always include brand guidelines so that your brand is set up for success and you can use your logo effectively and consistently.
Someone else designed my logo but they didn’t give me any other brand assets or brand guidelines. Can you help?
Absolutely! We can work with you to identify any gaps in your branding and outline a plan for what additional brand assets you need.
How much does your branding & logo design package cost?
Each project is unique so our process always starts with a discovery call so that we can make sure we are a good fit and to discuss your specific needs and goals.
What do I need to get started?
If we are starting with brand strategy then you only need to show up with your business idea – though having an idea about your values, mission, and the problem your new business is solving are definitely useful.
Some clients come with a business name and nothing else. Some come with a full new business plan and marketing outline. Others have an existing business that needs a rebrand and are starting somewhere in between.
On our discovery call we will discuss where you are at in your business journey and how we can best support you.

How can you ensure my brand’s visual elements reflect my business’s values and personality?
An important part of any branding project is research. We start with a deep dive into your brand values and personality and also evaluate your competition and how your brand fits into a larger ecosystem.
Once the design phase begins there is ample time for feedback and, if needed, revisions so that we can fine tune your brand visuals.
I also need a website, business cards, signage, and other marketing materials for my new business. Can you help?
We offer full graphic design and website design & development services. We have various website and marketing material options and would be happy to discuss these so that we can schedule any additional projects to begin as soon as your final branding is ready.
