How do I know if it’s time to rebrand my business?
If you’re hesitating before sending someone your website link, or your brand no longer reflects the quality of what you deliver – that’s usually the sign.
How long does a brand and website redesign take?
A Custom WordPress Website typically takes 8–12 weeks from contract signing to launch. Branding projects vary depending on the unique scope. We’ll give you a clear timeline upfront so you always know what to expect.
What if I know what I want but can’t articulate it?
That’s honestly more common than you might think. Part of our process is asking the right questions to draw it out. We’re experienced at translating your inklings and ideas into a clear creative direction, even when the words aren’t quite there yet.
Will my website be easy to update myself after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a live recorded training call and a custom user guide, so you feel confident making changes on your own. We also offer ongoing maintenance support options that cover security and performance updates, adding new pages or tweaking design on existing pages, so you can hand updates off entirely if that’s more your speed.
What’s the difference between a custom website and a template?
A template is a pre-built starting point adapted to fit your brand. A custom website is built from the ground up around your specific audience, your customer journey, and your goals with clean, efficient code that performs better and gives you full control.
What types of marketing materials do I need for my business?
It really depends on where your audience finds you, but the most common requests we get are for social media graphics, postcards and banners for events, or posters and flyers for brick and mortar locations. These are really an extension of your brand beyond your website and really help to keep the consistency across all of your visuals. If you’re not entirely sure what you need, we can help you decide which marketing materials would be most useful for you.
Do you work with businesses outside of Ontario?
Absolutely. We’re based across Guelph, Toronto, and Collingwood, but we work with clients across Canada and even worldwide. Wherever you are, if it feels like a good fit we’d love to have a conversation.
