How does the magic happen? These tools play a key part!

Here are some of my favorite tools, as a graphic designer and UX / web designer.

Adobe XD: low-FI wireframes, high resolution design mock-ups

InDesign: reports and multi-page documents, brochures, postcards, sell sheets, signage

Illustrator: logos, illustrations, icon design, report figures & graphs, infographics

Photoshop: image prep, clipping paths, photo manipulation, colour correcting and adjusting images

Pencil & Paper: sketching out logo concepts, rough webpage wireframes, icon sketches, rough idea explorations

Google Workspace: team and client meetings in Google Meet, organizing my schedule in Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive for sharing assets

Pantone swatchbook: choosing print colours

Canon Pixma Pro-100: printing out samples before sending final print-ready files to clients and/or print shops

Calendly: scheduling meetings with clients, new leads, and team members

Trello: keeping projects organized

Adobe Fonts: fonts

Harvest: tracking time, invoicing

Shutterstock: stock photos and vector illustrations

Creative Market: premium fonts, project assets

Coolors.co: brainstorming colour palettes

WordPress: our preferred content management system for most website projects
